Hello! I would like to know if the following is possible:
- I am setting up a flow of an Inbound call with a Payment gateway.
- If the payment is correct, I need to check if this customer who is calling is included in any of the contact list we have loaded, so I can remove him from the ones he is and not call him in the Outbound campaigns since the customer has paid.
Is it possible to do this process via API?
If so, which endpoints should be used?
I have been reviewing the API documentation and I do not see that there is the possibility that I am raising.
