In last week's release notes, for the new Search attributes method, it said that it had to be activated via Customer Care, and that
Genesys monitors the use of this endpoint for organizations that enable it and disables the endpoint if there is no activity.
My question is: How often would we need to use it to avoid it being considered with "no activity"? Once a month? A week? Several times per day?...
