We have Outbound voice flow implemented and now planning for inbound voice flow too. The requirement is that we should be able to check if inbound caller Id is already present in Outbound Contact List. we got to know from the forum that this can be done using Bridge. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/route-inbound-call-to-campaign-if-number-is-in-a-list-with-a-campaign/1438 Basically, we too have a somewhat similar requirement. So can someone please give me any pointers about such bridge implementation(any documentation) and what are inbound voice flow limitations?
