    Dear All,

    One of our customers is preparing to setup email queue/s for the digital team and they will forward relevant emails on their Exchange server.

    Their security team is asking what protection PureCloud has for a ‘denial of service’ attack on the email which I guess means flooding the email address.

    We have raised a support ticket ( [0002398387]) however support team suggested us to seek advice from this forum. Please are you able to provide any feedback on this question from the customer?

    This is a question about the base product, not API usage or customizations and is not suitable for the Developer Forum; it should be addressed by PureCloud Care. Thanks for providing the case number. I've escalated it with Care management to ensure it gets handled properly.
