Hello, I need to know how it works bridge server. I want to focus in the communication between Purecloud and Bridge server,

    • How sure is it?
    • What kind of protocol does it use (HTTP or HTTPS)?
    • Do we need to have an specific port available to listen these calls? Which would it be?
    • Do it exist any kind of encryption?
    • Do it use credentials?
    • Any additional information?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Ruben, the specifications for the Bridge server are here. Generally port 443 (https) is the only required port but specific connectors may have other specs.

Likewise credentials are connector-dependent. Of note, the webservices connector for data dips does no authentication.
