I did have one question though: are the community badge achievements linked to the Orchestrator portal progression?
I've already earned the Composer badge in the community, but it doesn't seem to have updated on the Orchestrator portal yet. I just wanted to check if this synchronization is expected to be automatic, delayed, or if the two systems are currently tracked separately.

Great news! When Orchestrators launched at Xperience, the Community created a series of badges that require multiple steps to earn them (make connections, join communities, etc.). Since then, members have asked for more transparency around what steps they have completed and still need to complete to earn the various badges.
It took the community team a lot of work to bring this feature to life, but if you visit your profile, you can now see your progression with these badges:

We hope you enjoy! There may still be some bugs, like seeing the same list item twice, but I assure you that only have to do each task once to check it off. If you have any questions, please let us know!
