    Dear Community,

    Great news! When Orchestrators launched at Xperience, the Community created a series of badges that require multiple steps to earn them (make connections, join communities, etc.). Since then, members have asked for more transparency around what steps they have completed and still need to complete to earn the various badges. 

    It took the community team a lot of work to bring this feature to life, but if you visit your profile, you can now see your progression with these badges: 

    We hope you enjoy! There may still be some bugs, like seeing the same list item twice, but I assure you that only have to do each task once to check it off. If you have any questions, please let us know!

    Hi Matt and team,

    This is really great news - the added transparency around badge progression is a huge improvement. Thanks to the community team for all the work that went into making this visible 👏

    I did have one question though: are the community badge achievements linked to the Orchestrator portal progression?

    I've already earned the Composer badge in the community, but it doesn't seem to have updated on the Orchestrator portal yet. I just wanted to check if this synchronization is expected to be automatic, delayed, or if the two systems are currently tracked separately.

    Hey Mateus,

    The sync to Orchestrators is not automatic, but should be done on a weekly basis for the community badges.

    I really love the badges, it really gets that achievement hunter inside of me wanting to learn and contribute more with all things Genesys :D

    On a side note, Who can we reach out to regarding Orchestrators badges?  I have two achievements I've completed weeks ago and it's preventing me from moving to the next level.

    This is great! how long does it take to update the progress? think I saw some that were updated quite fast, however others seem stalled

    Community badges are updated in Orchestrators on a weekly basis right now. However, we're continuing to work on automations behind the scenes to reduce wait time, so stay tuned for more updates!
