Hi All,
I want to be able to edit the standard messenger window for a 'click-only' bot. What needs to be done to remove the Send a message... area? Or create my own design using SDK, etc.. Thanks in Advance

You could use quick responses, unfortunately you still get the send message as well as the "click" options.

If the send message area is there, they will try to use it.

No shadow of a doubt they will!
A clunky work around to make customers select an option is to keep looping back to the click options if anything else is entered, not elegant, but would work.
