Can you provide the correlation ID from the response, what environment you're using, and an approximate timestamp of the request?

Also, are you alleging a change in behavior where what you're doing worked previously but started throwing this error without any changes on your end?

    Hi Tim,

Yes, this was working fine. Started noticing this issue today without any change at our end.

Earlier POST query used to return 204 success response.

Here is one Context ID (US East): 9c0fb3fa-1ade-41c6-b698-9572a4e13d5e Central time: 2023-12-12 03:44:22

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care about this problem (new enforcement restricting client credentials use). This appears to be an unannounced change.

Hi Tim - Thanks for your support. Will do.

@balamurugan.dhesingu can you try that request again in the same org, still using client credentials? I can't disclose much in this public forum (please continue with the Care case for that reason), but I have reason to believe that changing a feature toggle in that org may have resolved your issue.

    Still the same.

Thanks, was hoping a quick fix might work. Please proceed with the care case; investigation/troubleshooting will proceed there.
