I am making a script that takes action to send several data to a webpage after transferring call to agent. Sending {{Scripter.Customer Formatted Number}} result OK as parameter. I should also transfer {{Scripter.Queue ID}}, but the value shows as blank.
In Scripter Open URL it looks something like this: http://testdomain.com/ArgumentTest.php?ano={{Scripter.Customer Formatted Number}}&queueID={{Scripter.Queue ID}}&agentid={{Scripter.Agent Email}}
The result looks like this: agent.name@sample.com">http://testdomain.com/ArgumentTest.php?ano=tel:+4712345678&queuename=&agentid=agent.name@sample.com

If you actually mean the call was transferred to an agent, I would expect the queue to be blank since the originator was a person transferring the call, not a queue ACD assigning the call. If you meant that the call was ACD assigned to the user and the queue id is blank, please open a ticket with PureCloud Support as the product is not behaving as expected.
