    Hi, All!

    I am using Platform API to send contacts from outside PureCloud to a PureCloud campaign.

    My code retrieves the contact list from the campaign using the "Get dialer campaign" API call and then we use the "Add contacts to a contact list" API call to add contacts to it.

    Since we are using an array to send the contacts, we receive an array as response with the status code for each and every contact we've sent. We are allways receiving status code 200 which stands for success.

    However, when we send a large number of contacts once, although we are still receiving a success status code for every contact, the contacts doesn't show up on the contact list on Purecloud after the operation.

    If we perform the same test with a small number of contacts, let's say 12, everything works fine.

    Since the documentation doesn't state anything about limits, can anybody tell us if is there any limits on the number of contacts? If not, is it possible that there is some sort of bug on the API, since it's returning a 200 status code, but it's not storing the contacts inside PureCloud?

    It sounds like you're using the API correctly and have probably identified a bug. If you open a ticket with Support they can assist in reporting and resolving the issue.
