Hi Team, I have a query when conversation will not have session metrics. Could someone let me know all the possible cases. so that I can make changes in my code based on your suggestions. Api explorer url : https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-analytics-conversations--conversationId--details is attached for reference. I tried all the ways to get scenarios but not getting any information regarding it. It would be great if someone can guide in this topic and provide a solution or resolution.
