Hello all.
We are currently setting up Customer Hardware Solution Edge. When we tried to provision Edge, the option for BYOC Premises – Customer Hardware Solution did not appear. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-up-a-customer-hardware-solution-edge/#Provision
Also, I would like to know how to check the Pairing ID.
What should we do?
