Hi all. I'm having a bit of trouble trying to set the variable for the "Yes" response for the Knowledge Confirmation response so that I can add a Decision action after answering. I've tried a couple of things and nothing seems to work. I've set the expression as Session.LastKnowledgeAnswer=="Yes" and Session.LastKnowledgeAnswer=="true" neither seems to work and I'm not finding anything within the self help.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
