I'll see your pork pie, and I'll raise you one Scotch Egg... Food of the gods! 😍 (Ideally, having a pork pie AND a Scotch Egg would be preferred!)

Yes to the dimmies! I miss them from my time in Oz many years ago. I'm going to show my Northern (English) side and say a pork pie, it's pretty difficult to beat as a snack (a good one anyway)!

For me it's Dim Sims. (Not Dim Sum) These are an Australian / Chinese style dumpling. You can have them Fried, Steamed or if you cut them in half, cook them on the BBQ.
Most people get them from their local Fish n Chip shop, or Lunch Bar. You can buy them frozen in bags at the Supermarket too if you want to make your own.

Mine has to be Panipuri! 😄 Crispy shells filled with spicy, tangy, mint-flavoured water, potatoes, and chickpeas. It's the perfect combination of crunchy, spicy, sweet, and refreshing all in one bite. If you've never tried it, I'd definitely recommend adding it to your snack bucket list!
