Hello,
We have recently implemented web messaging, but we found the time taken for configuring web messaging session is considerably long. It takes up to 4 to 5 second to return jwt token. Just wondering if this could be accelerated in anyway.

Hi Kelvin - is that observed behavior happening systematically? or just occasionally/randomly?

Hi Angelo,
We observed this occurs mainly when we try to reconnect the session.
First time create session was ok
Reconnect after timeout (new websocket)

Hi,
To follow up on this issue, a new version has been deployed that improves by a factor of 2 or 3 the response time. We have not found a relation between session disconnection and reconnection though.
