Hi all,
We use Implicit Grant in our application. In rare cases an user can't dail numbers after login. If user goes to mypurecloud in an other browsersession then the user get's directed to the splash screen. There the user must select Colleborate / Communicatie before login proces is completed and can dail numbers within our own application. How can we suppress this splash screen?

Can you be more specific about how to reproduce this? The splash screen you're referring to typically shows up when the login process doesn't know where to redirect the user after authenticating them.

Well that's the problem...I can't always reproduce this issue. We can't see any reason why it works 8 times and then out of nothing we must open an extra browser, go to app.mypurecloud.ie to get the splash screen before it continues the login proces.
Even in the example project http://colima.avantago.pl/#/ project i have managed to get the splash screen after login and open an extra browser tab...
But...tried it 20 times now...and didn't get the splash screen...

If you're able to reproduce this at some point, look in the network tab in the browser for a request to PUT https://login.mypurecloud.com/request that will probably return a 404. If you can get the correlation ID from the response, open a ticket with PureCloud Support and provide the correlation ID. If you're unable to capture that information, collecting the user ID, org ID, and the exact time that the login request was made may enable support to identify the request that had this issue.
