Hi someone cloud clarify my a step about the sso procedure? In this article (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/genesys-cloud-single-sign-identity-provider-solution/) is explained the sso solution and there's a chapter about password in the "Genesys Cloud’s single sign-on integration strategy". The question is: why is specified the hashing standard and other policy about password if via sso we musn't use any password in glcoud? Are the sso password stored in GCloud in the related agent login?

Credentials used to authenticate with the identity provider are not seen or stored by Genesys Cloud. The password section is referring to how Genesys Cloud stores passwords if it is configured to be the identity provider (the default if no third party identity provider is configured).

John, another information please, about SAML/OpenId flow: wich type of flow is it? IDP Initiated, SP Redirect Request, IdP POST Response, other? There is some documentation about it?
