I have setup the ADFS SSO for the Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework and the identity provider doesn't support the sign-on within and embedded window so, I have set the dedicatedLoginWindow as true which works for me but when the user loads the page for the first time we do not get the dedicated Login window instead it shows the login windows in the embedded view.
Once the user logs in and then logs out of the CTI we get the dedicated login window screen and were able to do the single sign on using ADFS.
For First Time:-
The only change my implementation has is only the architecture level. Here we're hosting this Embeddable framework in a tomcat and opening the genesys cloud embeddable html URL in a iframe.
