Hi Team,
We need to verify and need some insights from Genesys on SSO, We are trying to use Ping Federate SSO.
So we need to know Do Genesys supports Ping Federate ? if yes, we need to configure the SSO under Generic single sign-on provider or under Ping Identity ?, If No, how can we achieve same using Ping Federate ?
