I found 20 of 200 outbound interactions that had a startTime of yesterday (Jul 9) when the call actually went out today (Jul 10). The endTime was correct. I checked and this was not happening yesterday.
Any ideas?

Please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to investigate missing/incorrect data. That cannot be investigated on the forum.
