Hi Forum,
I created an email flow with an infinite loop, to execute an action automatically every 10 minutes
Now I have to stop this automatic action but despite disconnecting the interaction manually (via UI tool) and eliminating the flow I see that the action keeps executing every 10 min.
Is there any way to stop the flow without contacting support?
Thanks Sergio

Hi Serio,
Sorry for the delay. I talked with the team lead for the automate group.
- They do not currently have a mechanism to allow a customer to stop a flow running in this fashion. I support ticket would need to be opened with our Care group.
- However, the flow will go into error after it's been running for the max execution time of 3 days or if it reaches the 10,000 action count limit. So it will not run forever.
I would recommend you open a ticket in our ideas portal if you think this is something that should be added to our core forum post.

Thanks for your answer john, one question about that:
do you mean that each flow stops after 3 days of execution? if I had a flow email that has a 3 day wait and then it does an action, will that action not be executed?

Hi Sergio,
Each flow will stop after 3 days as it should be a hard kill on the process.
