Hi guys
If the string passed in as an input parameter is XYZ and I want to strip either the X, the Y or the Z (based on the position in the string - so not a replace all), what's the right syntax for that within the body of a POST request?

Hi Vaun,
I would use https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/velocity-macros-data-actions/#JavaStringMethods for reference for how to do string manipulation in your request template. You will probably want to use the "substring" method. If you want to cut out characters from the front or the back you can use one substring, if you are cutting out characters form the middle you will need to have a substring for the front and another for the end.
