Hello Genesys Team,

First, thank you for continuously improving the Genesys Cloud platform.

I would like to share a suggestion related to learning resources and training content.

Since the Genesys Cloud UI has changed significantly, I have noticed that some training materials, webinars, screenshots, and documentation still reference the older interface. For example, many resources refer to the old Admin navigation, which can be confusing for users who are new to Genesys and are learning from the current UI.

While experienced users can usually find the equivalent options, new learners may spend additional time trying to locate features that are shown differently in training content.

I have also noticed that some eBooks and certification preparation materials still contain older terminology. One example is Work Plan Bid, which is now known as Schedule Bid in the product, but some learning content and certification references still use the previous term.

I understand that updating all training content takes time, and most of the information is still valuable. However, keeping screenshots, navigation paths, and terminology aligned with the current product experience would make learning easier and reduce confusion for new users.

Has anyone else experienced similar challenges while learning Genesys Cloud or preparing for certifications?

I would be interested to hear other community members' thoughts.
