Hi,
If the Premium App Purchasers need any sort of support on the purchased App (questions / report bugs / requests for more features etc), is there any process process for that?
Is Genesys involved in any of these aspects or it is just that the App Purchasers directly communicate with App Providers using their Support Email Address / Website?

Correct - Support (questions, bugs, feature requests etc) should be directed to the AppFoundry Premium Application Vendor, not Genesys.
