We have a web page displayed in the iframe of the Agent Script in genesys. When a user moves /switches from one interaction to other, the page in the iframe is reloaded and hence any changes made in the page is lost. How do we avoid reload of the iframe in agent script when we switch between interactions?

Is there anyway to avoid reloading of the webscript. If not, is there any trigger that could be launched on the reload of the webscript component?

No, this behavior is intentional. The event you will receive is the configured page being loaded.
