Hi, I'm wondering if there is a pre-made Genesys or 3rd party tool/service that will synchronise outlook contacts from a single Exchange mailbox (Office 365 in this case) to the external contacts in PureCloud on an ongoing regular basis (every hour/day etc).
I'm not fused if its two way sync or just one way sync, but obviously two way is preferrable.
Ideally i'd like to sync two mailboxes into External Contacts but that might be a LOT harder beggars can't be choosers.

If there isn't a way to day this how do we go about searching for or making feature requests.

I'm not aware of such a packaged integration. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
