System Dispositions condition type added to call rules

    Hi Forum,

    as of 20 July 2022 Genesys Cloud allow you to use System Dispositions condition type to call rules, but in the Help is not specified that only certain System Dispositions are available.

    For Example I can't create a rule that schedule a callback for ININ-OUTBOUND-NOT-CALLABLE-TIME code

    Can you confirm this or am I getting lost in the configurations ??
