Hello,
we have a client from an alarm company that works with an old Alcatel switchboard. This client has an alarm system for agents where, when an agent receives an alarm, they press a button to call the user of the house where the alarm was triggered. The problem is that this alarm system can only communicate with Windows TAPI. Is there something I can do so that, instead of making the call, TAPI connects via API to external software to place the call?
