Hi,
When the Genesys Chat starts you'll be prompted with a disclaimer. This disclaimer is using a smaller font than the rest of the chat. We would like to have a similar experience. however in the documentation I found I do not see how to get this done.
any suggestions.

Hi @Ewoud Are you referring to Genesys Messenger or something else? You mention Genesys Chat, not clear what you are referring to. Can you clarify what you're trying to achieve?

If you do plan to use our Genesys Cloud Messenger instead, you would be providing all messages via Flow responses.
