Hey folks,
Noticed that these two metrics show up in the analytics documentation here:
https://developer.genesys.cloud/analyticsdatamanagement/analytics/metrics
However they are categorized as "Previews" so they are not live yet. Any idea on the timeline of when these metrics will be available? My company is interested in pulling these stats for our agents.

Roadmap implies they may be released this month if I'm reading it right;
