The Genesys Community is getting a makeover! Just in time for Halloween, the team presents to you no tricks, just stylish treats and delicious features for our site.
With the launch of The Orchestrators Portal, it made sense to dust some cobwebs off, swap some colors around, and upgrade your community experience.
Join us next Tuesday (10/28) when we open our brand-new, digital doors to the public and Community.Genesys.com is reborn! (Cue the lightening.)
Today, the team and I want to give you a sneak peek at what the site will look like, highlight some favorite new features, and, of course, open the channel for anyone who has questions.
First, how about a teaser of our BRAND NEW Member Home Page:

Like a wise man once said, this page has EVERYTHING:
- First, it is customized for you!
- Easy access to your "Followed" content and "Joined" communities
- The Community's Weekly Genessentials newsletter pinned at the top
- Infinite scroll for latest discussions.
- Site-wide leaderboard
- Upcoming events
The only thing that's missing is you! But not for long.
Did we mention new features? Here is another one of my favorites - Related Content.

Now, when you are enjoying a discussion, you will be able to quickly glance and discover related threads that may interest you, to make your content browsing even easier.
The best part about this makeover is that not a whole lot is changing:
- Site navigation is nearly identical.
- The Orchestrator Tab is available on the side of every page so that you can easily navigate Genesys resources and use the unified search.
- All profile fields, badges and ribbons are coming over.
- No URLs are changing - From community home pages to discussions, nothing spooky is happening to your cherished URLs.
- No changes to personal settings (email, credentials, profile, etc.)
It's the Genesys Community site you love with a new style and the same great content.
