Hi, we are confused with the Queue Activity page when comparing to the API metrics. The Interacting column seems to correspond to the 'OonqueueUsers' metric in the API, whilst the OnQueue column seems to match to the 'Ouserpresences' metric.
Can you confirm this is correct? Is there any documentation which explains the logic behind the queue activity dashboard, and what API metrics link to which column?
thanks.

Those views are documented here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/queues-activity-views/

Hi Tim, A big thank you for your response.
The Interacting column seems to correspond to the 'OonqueueUsers' metric in the API, whilst the OnQueue column seems to match to the 'Ouserpresences' metric.
Is the above statement Correct? if Not is there a way to know which? Because I cant seem to find that in the Resource center article you provided..
Thanks in Advance!
Nino

The docs don't state exactly what API properties are used, but it should give you a good indication. Pull the same stats and compare. If you need explicit answers about what API data points go where in the UI, feel free to ping the UI dev team and discuss with them.

Yes this is highly confusing for us. We expected the Onqueueusers metric in the SDK would equal the Onqueue column in the Queue Actvity UI, but obviously not. So the Onqueue column is actually Ouserpresences. Is this a mislabelled metric or was it designed like this?
It would be really useful to have a document explaining how the purecloud UI metrics correspond to the SDK.
Do you know if this can be done by someone?
