Get active call conversations for the logged in user×
/api/v2/conversations/calls
the purpose of 'participant is customer (for the customer) while on the call.
/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query
the purpose of 'participant is external (for customer) while on the call.
once the customer hangs up the call, the agent is in wrap-up state, then the purpose of the participant is changed to 'customer'
is this work as designed?
