How do you unwind after a long day of work? Always curious what routines or habits help people switch off and recharge.

I've been trying to be more intentional about turning off the screen, but I tend to default to scrolling.

    Hi Evan

Well, I have 3 very energetic children, so when I stop working, I need to give them attention haha... the 4-year-old has SO MUCH energy.

But what I do whenever I can and whenever my 11-year-old son lets me, is play WarZone on the PS5. lol

I have 6 kids. Whether I'm working or not working, every day is all about survival.

On most days, it's a pre-dinner dog walk and cooking dinner. I enjoy the creativity and focus. I also enjoy working my way through some of the word games on the New York Times game app, like Connections, Strands, The Mini crossword, Spelling Bee, etc.
