Hi, I am trying to get Longest Waiting Time of an interaction in a queue for a wallboard application and found below topic: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/current-longest-waiting-time/8526
However, It does not get the required data since v2.analytics.queues.{id}.observations.details is only available for internal use. The other way to do it, we will have to query for conversations and then iterate over them to find the longest waiting conversation.
Could you please advise if there are any other ways available now to achieve it?
