We have implemented the embedded framework into our servicenow instances for many users and weve been using it for almost 1.5 years now. Recently we've been having an issue of timeouts with the framework overlay where users are made to login again to genesys. Is there some sort of time out period that can occur or should the framework overlay always be "kept alive"?? Or could it be user connections? All our users use the VPN when connected to servicenow and this framework overlay. Im trying to figure out if I need to increase some sort of time out value for the framework or if its our network/user connections.
Any help is appreciated!!!!!

The user will be prompted to authenticate when the app's auth token has expired and a valid session cookie is not present to automatically obtain a new one. If you require assistance diagnosing why this is happening, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further.
