    Hello all!

    I haven't done a proper introduction yet so...

    My name is Dimitris from Athens, Greece working as Technical Account manager for the past 11 years and as Genesys partner since '99....(lol now that i see it in written it is a lot... :) )

    More than happy to assist the community, share my knowledge and exchange ideas about customer experience and the evolution to Experience Orchestration!

    ...from the traditional PABX to SIP and then to cloud it was and is a fantastic journey...What i like the most is that we never get 'bored'!We always learning new technologies and we keep evolving trying to serve our customers better...❤️
