Timezone in managementunits

    Hi, I've noticed the timezone parameter is now returning null in the response from

    /api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits

    In your wiki it says :

    timeZone

    The time zone for the management unit in standard Olson format. Moving to Business Unit.

    But I can't find the timezone parameter in the business unit entity.

    Can you let me know is this parameter now depreciated or where it can be found?

    I'm not aware of any announcement to change the behavior of this API. Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to report the unexpected change in behavior.

    Time zone is on the business unit. We can look at backfilling this information on the management unit, but it isn't really valid post-BU since time zone for forecasting and scheduling is at business unit level.

    You can use: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/workforcemanagement/#get-api-v2-workforcemanagement-businessunits--businessUnitId-

    You can use the query parm to fetch that field specifically with the above GET...e.g., ?expand=settings.timeZone.
