    Hello

    Is it possible to transfer to the ACD queue under the following conditions in the inbound flow or in queue flow?

    ACD Queue ① Logged-in user is 0 or 10 seconds passed→ ACD Queue ② Logged-in user is 0 or 10 seconds passed → ACD Queue ③

    Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
