Above API gives us 404 Error. Can you help us how to resolve it.

404 Error implies the resource was not found. Could be that you are providing an incorrect conversationId or communicationId. Please double-check your parameters and try again. If you still get errors, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate your issue.

I read somewhere that the each transcript URL generated stays active only for 10 mins. Could that be the reason?
