Are there any plans to bring in the functionality to transfer callers directly to someone's voicemail?
Our call center does a great job detecting sales people and cold callers and used to be able to transfer those time leeches directly to voicemail. Now that we are moved to Pure Cloud, they cannot.

I did not have access to that area yet, but I have up-voted it and added my comment.
Unfortunately, the idea has been there since 2016, and the response from last October is just... "We have our eye on this Idea! Check back soon for updates."
Maybe the ideas link will on this topic will get more people over there!
