We use an agent script to control a consult call for the agent, sometimes the agent has only an consult call but it not completing the transfer but takes the call back. Is that a way I can make an API call to see if the transfer is completed or is taken back by the agent. (cancel transfer) ? the scripter.interaction.state is not providing this info
