Hello,
I made some tests with this API endpoint: POST /api/v2/conversations/emails/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/replace
I am wondering about the transferType request property. Is there any need or difference when I set this to "Attended" or "Unattended"? I made some testing with replace avtive particiopant to another agent or queue but did not see any differences, when I don't set this property or set it to specific values.
I can't find any detailled infos about this in the dev center. Maybe someone here has more infos about this?
