Hi,
I know that this might be a long shot but thought I will post in the event that someone may be able to provide any ideas.
I have got an issue with queue whisper recordings at the moment and I was hoping that I could locate anything regarding whispers from the JSON response from the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details endpoint.
Basically, the issue is the whisper is suddenly being played only after the call connects instead of being played prior to notifying the agent beforehand.
The whisper audio is configured directly in the queue if that helps.
Is there an endpoint(s) that could be used to have some insight on whispers and it's execution?

This sounds like a defect. I would open a ticket with our Care team so it can be investigated and directed to the proper engineering group.
