Hi, Is it possible to have two different trunks for incoming and outgoing calls?
Thanx

Hello Kike.
Yes it is. We have that configuration for 2 years without any issue.
On your incoming trunk make sure you leave the outbound addresses empty:
On your outgoing trunk make sure you put a asource address that you know will never be a valid one.
This is something we came up with, so it's not an official solution.
Maybe someone from Genesys can back me up on this as being a valid solution.
Regards, Daniel

Hello,
As a matter of fact, for outbound, what matters is the fact that your trunk (the one you want to use for outbound/outgoing calls) is selected in the Outbound Routes of your Site. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-outbound-route/
