I am currently working with the Purecloud Notification Service. Whenever I subscribe to the channel via a websocket connection, I am receiving the subscribed raw response from Genesys. However, I am getting the following error message:
Error: Unable to verify the first certificate
The topic I have subscribed to is: v2.users.{id}.conversations. Can anyone please guide me on this?

Hi AnilKumarN I tried creating a node app that subscribes to the Notification service with the topic you listed, and was unable to reproduce the error.
