    Hello

    I would like to make sure about the information showed up in this report: Detailed Attempt History

    As you can see in the image i have some conversations that doesnt have a code or call analysis attached to this

    And also you can see duration is about 1 hour, it doesnt make sense to have a call that didnt connect and duration is 1 hour. What should it be?

    Has this numbers been dialed or not?

    What is the reason for this to happen?

    To confirm that data, do an analytics conversation detail query for conversations in that timeframe with that contact ID and you can inspect the detailed properties on the conversation.
