    Dear PureCloud team,

    I encountered an announcement saying that these dimensions will be removed

    • /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query: The following unsupported dimensions will be removed: agentRank, audioMuted, callbackUserName, cobrowseRole, cobrowseRoomId, dispositionAnalyzer, dispositionName, flowOutcomeEndTimestamp, flowOutcomeStartTimestamp, journeySegmentScope, mediaBridgeId, proposedAgentId, requestedRoutingUserId, roomId, screenShareAddressSelf, screenShareRoomId, selectedAgentId, selectedAgentRank, sharingScreen, skipEnabled, timeoutSeconds, videoAddressSelf, videoMuted, videoRoomId, and wrapUpTag

    However, I do still see them in the documentation https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/analytics/conversation_detail_model

    Could you please confirm whether they were removed or not

    The announcement is a little ambiguous, but it meant to convey that those dimensions are being removed from query filters. Those metrics still exist in the system and will be returned in responses when appropriate, but they cannot be used in query filters in the request. The documentation should be correct as it exists today.
