    Hello All,

    We are still gathering feedback and accepting applicants for the Unused Roles and Permissions Beta.

    Chris,

    This is a very handy feature.

    A couple of additional enhancements would help:
    • Once selecting a role and filtering to Assigned Permissions, the ability to download the assigned permissions to a csv file to include the Unused column.
    • For individual roles, once selecting the Change Membership view, add an Unused column to the already existing Name, Divisions and Group columns. An admin could then quickly identify users who are not using that particular role. Pulling up individual users one at a time is time consuming.

    Hi Bruce, thank you for your feedback. For the second comment, we are investigating a few different approaches that would make finding the users/permissions quicker. I will keep this thread posted on what we come to.

    Hello Terry, yes, the beta is still open until 3/31 before closing. We will then review feedback and plan for GA release.
