Summary

The rotation of the Data Action Digicert certificates will begin on or after July 21st, 2025. The upcoming Digicert certificate is available in each region via the GET /api/v2/integrations/actions/certificates endpoint.

Details

Web Service data action integrations that are configured to use the Digicert mTLS certificate will switch the mTLS client certificate that they use during the rotation. Customer endpoints that are not configured to handle both the current and upcoming certificates will refuse the connection from the data action service until they trust the new certificate.

This has been delayed.  The upcoming Digicert certificates are now expected to be available the week of June 30th. The rotation will occur one month later, which is currently expected to be the week of August 4th.

The upcoming Digicert certificates are now globally available on the GET /api/v2/integrations/actions/certificates route for your region.  Any customer that has any data action web service integrations configured to use the Digicert client certificate should now have a notification of the upcoming rotation in their operational console.

In order to provide a full month to prepare for the rotation, the rotation will start on or after August 12.
